EU Shipping Rates

Please Note: We currently hold stock for our supplement and skincare range in the UK, so if all items in your order are available in the UK then your order will be shipped from there with the following rates:

Orders below €60 EUR	€15 EUR standard shipping
Orders above €60 EUR	FREE standard shipping

Sometimes stock may run out for our supplements and skincare too, which will result in your order being shipped from Australia with the rates below. You will be able to see this on the checkout page.

All other items (food, merchandise and most bundles) will be sent from our warehouse in Australia, with the following shipping rates:

Orders below €85 EUR	€20 EUR standard shipping
Orders above €85 EUR	FREE standard shipping

 

All orders containing any product that is not available in the UK, are shipped from our Australian warehouse, meaning your whole order will be shipped from Australia if food products are added to your order.

Please Note: some countries charge for commercial goods valued greater than a certain amount, and VAT and customs duties may be charged at the border of your country before your order is released to you. If you'd like to avoid this, please ensure that the total value of your order is no greater than that allowed under the tax threshold of your country, as we are not able to cover these costs. 

Tracking details are provided via email once the parcel has been shipped.

Although we will do our best to dispatch orders the same day they are placed or next business day, please allow up to 3 working days for processing.
