With a full 10% seaweed content, SeaShells are a good source of protein, iron and B12, filling the gaps in most plant protein diets.

On top of that it is a good source of fibre, Vitamin C, zinc, and beta-carotene.

Product Information

A bronze die extruded authentic stye Italian pasta with the benefits of seaweed. Lower you greenhouse gas emissions with every serving of your favorite pasta dish, and increase you nutrient intake, especially of iron, B12 and fibre for gut health.

Ingredients

Durum Wheat Semolina (90%),
PhycoGreen seaweed (Sea Lettuce sp. 84) (10%)

How to use

Cook SeaShells pasta in boiling water until al dente which takes about 10mins. You don't need to add salt, but drizzle with a little olive oil after draining, and let sit for 5 mins for a uniform texture.

Strong flavours great service

Every month I am restocked with seashell pasta. Its strong flavours need diluting with cheeses and veggies but I know I’m getting a bundle of nutrients. Auto order works well for me.
