I love this moisturiser and am a repeat buyer but I hate the pump. Lucky for me I purchased a bottle of the Soothe gel serum and it ran out before the pump on my Nourish was unable to pick up the last 20 or 30ml in the bottom of the bottle. I switched the flip top cap on my finished bottle of Soothe over to my Nourish and now I am able to use the last of the product in the bottle and not waste it. Pump packs are notorious for not being able to get the product out of the bottom of the bottle and because this lotion has "substance" and is not a watery solution it makes the pump work harder for it. My solution for Phyco Health would to be to make available a flip top lid for purchase or just change over to the flip top cap altogether because you can turn the bottle upside down and it is easier to get the last of your product out. Pumps are a pain in the A$$, and are harder to control the amount of product that comes out. Flip top caps don't malfunction, are easier to tape shut for travel, you can turn the bottle upside down and rest on the cap to get the last of the product and you don't have to pull them apart if they are hard to activate to get them working. I have often either not purchased a product because of pump packaging or found a flip top lid or cap that fits out of my collection. I keep flip top caps for this reason - to switch out for pumps that stop working! I will keep saving the flip top lids from my Soothe Gel Serum for now and hopefully one day Phyco Health will…
