The PhycoHealth team is so proud to be able to share our products with customers around the globe. This means that depending on where you are ordering from, we have set up a range of shipping methods to suit most parts of the world. Where we haven’t shipped to before we will do our best to get our products to you as fast as we can. If there is a problem with the destination that we haven’t foreseen we will be in touch with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. We guarantee a refund if there is a problem with shipping to your country or destination. Please contact us if you do not receive your goods and we will honour any unforseen customs issues.
How do I track my shipments for orders from Australia?
Within Australia, we generally ship with Australia Post. In the Eastern States this is usually a next business day dispatch and delivery times are usually within 3 days in the eastern states, or up to 2 weeks if going to Western Australia. If you need express shipping please contact us directly (firstname.lastname@example.org). All shipping includes tracking numbers which are provided to you directly to the email that you provided with your order.
How do I track my shipments for international orders?
International orders are sent with Australia Post and end up with your standard national carrier. For example in the UK it usually arrives with ParcelForce and can be tracked there with your tracking number. If you are issued a customs fee and new parcel number, please forward that to us. All of the relevant taxes will be paid for at our end and the shipping fee is indicated at the time of your order. All tracking information will be provided through our system directly to your email.
