If you're looking for an alternative to taking fish oil and mineral supplements this is a great product to take. Easy to swallow capsules.
I was not sure which product to buy as they are all promote gut health which is something I have suffered with for many years, I will try a different one next purchase.
I started on two a day in the evening then changed to mornings which suits me better, I then moved to three a day and have now changed to two capsules in the morning and two at night. I would have liked more information about how/when to take the capsule even if it was only to take at a time that suits the individual.
Overall I am happy with the product and love the fact it is Australian made and know where the ingredients come from. Thank you ❤️

Starting with just a couple capsules at a time is great before your working your way up to 4 a day, and spread out over two time a day is fantastic, however we say that it is better to to take them at any time of day then not at all! Many people prefer to take them with or just before a meal. I will update our website to give more clear usage instructions - thanks for the feedback!
