Fortified with 10% seaweed, it carries the ocean's trace elements alongside the fibre, antioxidants and marine plant proteins of whole Australian seaweed in every sprinkle.

Fantastic on smashed avocado for breakfast, stirred into rice or grain salads, grill fish, meat or vegetable with it, or use like dukkah for before dinner nibbles with a good sourdough, olive oil and red wine. It even turns bangers (sausages) and mash (mashed potatoes) into gourmet, if that is where you have to start.
