Pleasant easy to consume fibre supplement

Bought to help manage GORD and episode joint inflammation.

Phybre smells pleasant and has a very mild flavour reminiscent of toasted rice and honey. I either add it to a banana yoghurt smoothie or a golden milk (with ground turmeric and ginger) or just stir a heaped teaspoon full into a small serve of yoghurt.

Have already noticed a slight reduction in heartburn and improved bowel function, which will encourage me to keep using it.

Surprisingly delicious

I was skeptical this could taste delicious - as many health foods lack in the flavour dept.

I mix this with yoghurt and water, shake in a jar then drink. A sea lassi that tastes great. Truly refreshing and delicious.
