Heighten your Palette

A clear pure salt with a sharp tang of the sea adds pop as a garnish. A pinch on omelettes, pasta and even sweet dishes like my favourite french toast, as pictured. Heightens the sweet and umami flavours.

Daily Table Condiment

Subtle umami hit, benefits of being iodised and supporting Australian products...but the flavour is just a hint different to regular quality sailts and the flecks of seaweed enhance the presentation of food - especially winter roasts and bakes!
