Feli's Phybre Smoothie

This is almost too easy to be called a recipe - but it is full of wholefood ingredients, dietary fibre, anti-oxidants and protein - so it is too much goodness not to be called a recipe. So here it is...

Ingredients for 1 smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup or 150g of frozen mixed berries of your choice
  • 1/2 cup or 140g of coconut or natural yoghurt of your choice
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Phybre (including our clinically tested SeaFibre for gut health)
  • a drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
  • 100-200ml milk of your choice (depending on how thick you'd like it)

What to do:

  • Simply mix all of this in the blender....

Serve and enjoy deliciousness that also kicks off your day with at least 8 plants, and looks after your gut with a whopping 70% of your daily fibre needs, as well as marine minerals, anti-oxidants and protein.
