This is almost too easy to be called a recipe - but it is full of wholefood ingredients, dietary fibre, anti-oxidants and protein - so it is too much goodness not to be called a recipe. So here it is...
Ingredients for 1 smoothie:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup or 150g of frozen mixed berries of your choice
- 1/2 cup or 140g of coconut or natural yoghurt of your choice
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Phybre (including our clinically tested SeaFibre for gut health)
- a drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
- 100-200ml milk of your choice (depending on how thick you'd like it)
What to do:
- Simply mix all of this in the blender....
