Gas bomb, gas bomb watcha gonna do, gotta be careful that you don’t just pooh!! 😅
Really though I’ve only been using it for 10 days and I am noticing a difference.
I’ve also been exercising some more and decreased my portion size for each meal so overall the combination is working.
The wife has also been sleeping in the spare room 😅

Great to hear about the improvements Gray! With the gassiness, do try to build up the amount you are taking slowly, from maybe just a teaspoon a day and up to the full amount over a few weeks. This is to help your gut bacteria gradually adjust to the increased fibre so you won't have as much bloating and gas. These temporary side-effects should go away though after a couple weeks when your gut flora balances and adjusts. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
