Very happy to be able to add the nutrients from seaweed combined with the fibre from green bananas into my diet. With medically-diagnosed IBS it is hard to eat enough fibre but I can safely eat green bananas and new research into FODMAPS, as recently blogged by Pia, shows green seaweed is low in FODMAPs. So I can continue to use this product in a greater quantity. Before, I was using it only on days when I didn't go to work because I wasn't sure if the SeaFibre was low FODMAP or not.
