Cleared 2.5 Year Skin Problem.

Two and a half years ago, out of nowhere, I developed a scaly, bright red rash covering the whole tip of my nose. I went to numerous doctors and pharmacists, but my nose did not respond to any medications. It was embarrassing, painful and really affected my self esteem. Out of desperation, upon the suggestion of a colleague, I went gluten free. It didn't fix my redness completely, but I then truly recognised the link between skin and gut health, assuming I was gluten intolerant. Pia from Phycohealth appeared via an ad on YouTube while I was litening to a documentary in the middleof the night. I listened with interest, then I bought the moisturiser; after one week I noticed an improvement to the texture of my nose, and a significant improvement to my overall skin health. I went ahead and ordered these supplements. It's now been just 30 days and my red nose has completely cleared! I could almost cry! I've just ordered another tub. Thanks so much, Team!

My cholesterol has gone down.

I’m very pleased to report that after taking a mix of the Phyco Health fibre supplements my cholesterol has dropped significantly and is now at perfect levels instead of on the cusp of being high.

Calcium

Hard to know if this product helps with calcium absorption into the bones. Unfortunately I have a slight shellfish taste that comes up.

Trial for bone health

My first trial of this product. Waiting for next bone density test to give feedback. I am using this product in conjunction with bone strengthening exercise program for improvement of osteoporosis diagnosis. I’ll keep you informed.

Super beneficial for my ageing Labrador

I give my Labrador a table once a day. She has problems with allergies which I was hoping to stop, unfortunately they haven’t. HOWEVER, she is getting a lot of nutrients from them - the marine collagen, calcium, and a heap of other natural goodies that I know will help her long term. Labradors are very prone to joint problems which I aim to prevent as best I can.Giving her these I know she’s getting a really high quality dose of goodness and it amkes me happy.
