Great product. I started taking this about 5 months ago and I’m sleeping better. I love these compostable bags, however one arrived torn ( damaged in the post). No big deal, i just poured them into a glass jar. Will definitely continue to buy them.
It is a good daily moisturiser for an older skin plus eyes and lips.
