Good for the bones
Easy to take capsules. I found that after a few weeks of taking these consistently, the aches and pains in my body have lessened a lot.
Also the refill pouch is handy to have when travelling as it saves having to take the jar.

Gentle and soothing
Love this lovely cream. I like to use it on top of the soothing gel. This combination works really well on dry itchy skin.
The other thing is that a little goes a long way.
