The Seafibre-3 capsules are easy to swallow and digest. The phybre can be added to everything. from smoothies to cereal and sauces. The Sea Bircher is absolutely delicious and so are the sea fruit straps.
I am glad that I decided to try these products from PhycoHealth. I will definitely be re-ordering and trying new items.

Great product. I started taking this about 5 months ago and I’m sleeping better. I love these compostable bags, however one arrived torn ( damaged in the post). No big deal, i just poured them into a glass jar. Will definitely continue to buy them.
Having struggled with psoriasis for over 50years I cannot believe how quickly my skin has turned around for the better using this product.
